I missed this story earlier this spring about how the Tian Guo Marching Band of Canada was invited to the Ottawa Tulip festival then uninvited and then re-invited. If you have to be a marching band then you should be one with 8 bass drums in it. (The title of this post is about as political as I plan to get here.)
